2. General Terms of Use
2.1 This website constitutes the online identity of the Computer Life company (hereinafter “the Store”) of the company based in the Municipality of Pylaia under the name Computer Life, with VAT number 094180891 of the State of Pylaia (hereinafter Company).
2.2 These General Terms of Transactions (hereinafter, the “General Terms”) are intended to formulate in a clear, precise and understandable manner, respecting the principle of good faith and the provisions governing the validity of legal acts, the conditions governing and regulating the relations of the Company with each visitor and/or customer of the Store, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 on “Consumer Protection” and in particular the provisions concerning distance marketing and Law 2472/1997 on “Protection of individuals from the processing of Personal Data”, as they apply today.
2.3 Your every entry, browsing and transaction with the Store, makes you a visitor and/or customer of the Store. Before proceeding with your browsing inside the Store, please confirm that you have read and fully understood the present General Terms and that you accept them as any use and/or transaction by you from now on with the Company through the Store implies full and unreserved acceptance on your part of these General Terms
3. Personal data
3.1 Computer Life fully respects your personal data and ensures that the Store complies with the provisions of Law 2472/1997 on “Protection of individuals from the processing of personal data” and Law 3471/2006 on “Protection of personal data and private life in electronic communications”. In any case, the Company confirms that any collection, processing and/or storage of your personal data is done in accordance with the law and only after your express specific consent to this end and exclusively for the purposes and to the extent required for the operation of the Store and the provision of the individual services you have requested in accordance with the following.
3.2 The Company confirms that it will not use your personal information for a use not specifically authorized by you, nor send or disclose to third parties (natural or legal persons) not connected with the Company your information in question without your express and specific consent to this, except where disclosure is necessary to fulfill your order (eg partner shipping companies) or is required by law.
3.3 Minor visitors to the Store may access it and its services only with the consent and under the supervision of their parents or guardians, without having to submit their personal information. In case of submission of such information by minors, the Company, as soon as it becomes aware of it, immediately deletes the relevant information.

Therefore, for any problem that may arise during your browsing of these linked websites or in connection with your transactions with them, please contact directly the administrators of those websites, who are solely responsible for the websites in question.
5. Order Submission/Cancellation
6.1 The submission of an order for Products constitutes a binding offer to purchase the Products in question at the total price indicated when submitting the order, including VAT, packaging and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts to which you are entitled as a guest /customer. Your order is completed upon its acceptance by the Company by sending a written confirmation (confirmation email) to you at the email address (email) you indicated when submitting said order.
Otherwise, if you do not receive a message confirming your order, please contact the Store immediately at info@beerdeli.gr in order to request that the submission of your order be completed successfully.
6.2 The Store uses a mechanism to cancel an order (in whole or in part) that has already been registered and has not yet been delivered. For any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) you should send an email to info@beerdeli.gr or call 210 6136700. This possibility is offered to you until the moment we inform you about the shipment of your order. After this time point cancellation is not possible.
6. Newsletter – Advertising and informational messages
12.1 The visitor/customer of this website has the possibility, if he wishes, to request to be informed about new products available at beerdeli, as well as about any other offers, by sending advertising-informational messages by phone, email, or by post office. The visitor/customer who wishes to do so may request to stop receiving such messages.
The Company provides the possibility for visitors/customers of this website to receive newsletters at their email address, if they state that they want this service.
12.2 Signing up to our newsletter is not a mandatory procedure for making a purchase from our online store and is done by entering your email address in the corresponding field on our page. By completing your registration, you give us your express consent for our Company to send you informational and promotional material about its products and services, as well as related advertising messages.
12.3 You are always given the option to stop the service in question by sending a request to the email address info@beerdeli.gr.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
13.1 Apart from the expressly stated exceptions (copyrights of third parties, partners and entities), all content of beerdeli.gr including images, graphics, photos, designs, texts, the overall appearance, the services and products provided and in general all its files Shop, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected according to the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions on trademarks and industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition.
13.2 Any copying, analog / digital recording and mechanical reproduction, distribution, transfer, downloading, processing, resale, part or all of the content of the website for any purpose, except for strictly personal use, is prohibited, unless the Company gives written permission her consent.
8. Liability of Parties
14.1 As a visitor/customer, by accepting these General Terms and browsing the Store, you responsibly declare that you are legally able to enter into this contract as well as to use the Store under the terms and conditions stated here.
Also, as a visitor/customer of the Store you agree and accept that you are financially responsible for every use of the Store as well as for the use of the beerdeli.gr account by others – including people who live with you and thus agree to supervise every use of the Store or which may be done by minors using the beerdeli.gr account or your name.
14.2 The Company, including its consultants and employees, is liable only for fraud or gross negligence and only for positive damage and its liability may not exceed the value of the Products sold.
9. Applicable Law and Other Terms
15.1 The Company and the Store reserve the right to amend or renew these General Terms in writing without notice, which will be effective from the date they are posted on the Store. Failure to exercise any of the Company’s rights cannot be interpreted as a waiver thereof.
15.2 Your navigation, use and transaction with the Store is governed by Greek law, the law of the European Union as well as the relevant international treaties. Any dispute arising during navigation, use and transaction with the Store will be submitted for adjudication to the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
15.3 Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.
