AGENT Software - Industry 4.0

Better and easier control of the cutting room’s procedures

AGENT Software - Connecting different machines to one point
  • Base&Agent is a software designed specifically to address the challenges of the apparel industry. It consists of three different components: Base, Agent and Server.

The ability to display real-time data from Base&Agent provides operators with up-to-date information on the status of each job, allowing them to make adjustments and ensure that each job is completed with the highest level of accuracy.

Base

Base is the software component that manages and delivers tasks to each Agent-Machine over Wi-Fi, collects data from Agents and generates extensive reports.

Overall, Base software plays a critical role in managing the work list, communicating with Agents and providing the user with a complete picture of the fabric processing process.

An order contains the job specific data. Once the data enters the Base task pool, it can be assigned to the selected spreader’s Agent.

Order data includes important information such as layer length and width, placement offset, layer code number, etc.

All information can later be used in detailed job reports to calculate placement or operator efficiency.

Agent

Agent is the software that is installed on the computer connected to a spreader. It receives work orders via wifi, calculates work time and fabric consumption and displays live data of placement on its screen.

Improved accuracy: Agent’s ability to calculate time and fabric consumption means there is less room for error in the laying process. This can result in higher quality garments with fewer defects.

Final Result : Reports - Complete depiction of the job's results

All data returned is processed in reports according to business needs.

Indicatively, reports may be created at these levels.

        1. Fabric quality

  • Length per ply, fabric width, total and specific weight per roll of fabric.
  • Receipt fabric or fabric batch aggregates
  • Number and types of fabric lot defects.

        2. Analysis of the fabric spreading process

  • Number of fabric rolls needed
  • Times for fabric loading, fabric spreading, defect delay and maintenance per work order
  • Speed of task completion. Total spreading time

3. Statistical analysis of fabric layer work

  • Percentage analysis of time per task
  • Fabric usage percentage per job
  • Total labor time per production order
